Choose your sleeves, length and look
A longsleeve keeps the simple construction of a T-shirt with longer sleeves. Wear it alone to show the print or fit, or layer it under a shirt. Full sleeves, three-quarter sleeves and an extra-long body are separate design choices.
Full-length sleeves
Choose full sleeves for coverage to the wrist. Read the measurements and check whether the sleeve ends are straight or cuffed.
Three-quarter sleeves
The sleeve ends on the forearm. Baseball styles may have contrasting raglan sleeves; three-quarter sleeves do not describe the body length.
Long or oversized
A longline style adds coverage downwards. Oversized describes a roomier silhouette. One does not automatically mean the other.
How do I judge body and sleeve length?
Compare with a T-shirt that already fits how you want. Lay it flat and measure length and chest width using the product’s measurement method. If your top is 72 cm and the equivalent garment measurement is 78 cm, expect roughly 6 cm of extra length when the shoulders sit at the same height. Raglan sleeves may use a different starting point from standard shoulder seams; only compare measurements taken in the same way.
Fabric and layering
Read the fabric details before choosing a longsleeve as a base layer. Cotton appears in the range, but materials and fabric weights vary between styles. A roomy top can bunch under a close-fitting outer layer, so compare upper-arm room too. Long sleeves alone do not provide the same warmth as a sweatshirt.
A plain base or a visible print?
