Choose fit and length first, colour and design second. A great-looking T-shirt that pulls across your chest or ends in the wrong place rarely becomes a favourite.
Less extra fabric around the body. Check chest width and sleeve openings, especially when wearing the T-shirt under another layer.
More room around the upper body creates a relaxed shape. Compare shoulders and sleeves in our men's oversized T-shirts.
A longer body gives more coverage below the waistband. Explore longline T-shirts when you want length rather than simply more width.
Compare it with a T-shirt that already fits you well. Lay yours flat and measure across the chest from armpit to armpit, then measure length using the same method as the product measurements. If yours is 54 cm wide and the new one is 58 cm, the difference is 4 cm flat, or roughly 8 cm around the body. This is a measurement example, not a size recommendation for every model. Keep garment measurements separate from body measurements.
Read the fabric information for the particular model. Cotton, blends and different fabric weights can produce different results. A cotton T-shirt can be lightweight or substantial. Weight in g/m² helps compare fabric weight, but does not determine fit or durability on its own.
