VAT is included in the price with f.n. 25%.
With Payson, you can pay by credit card or Internet bank using a payment link, which is displayed by order. More information about Payson is available at www.payson.com.
Normal delivery time is about 1-4 days with all green-marked products or that it is in stock.
Longer delivery times are available on certain products, and there are those yellow-colored sizes in the categories as well as the purchase button on the product page.
These products are not in stock for immediate delivery and are therefore order goods. Delivery time on these products varies between 5-10 days, 7-14 days and 10-20 days.
The delivery time for each product is always on the product page.
Mode of delivery
We ship orders with Postnord or DHL depending on your order.
Which company shipping the package is determined on the weight and size of the package.
We do not take financial responsibility for any delays due to the shipping company.
The delivery then takes place to a letterbox, door or to a post office.
Shipping is 5,9 euro no matter how much you order.
Complaints and right of return
It is always guaranteed for the products you buy (1 year). If you can prove that there are fabrication errors on the product, you will always get new parts or new items, but the warranty will not apply to wear damage.
When using the warranty, please contact us with the image of the damage and we will proceed with the case.
When returning and replacing you will be responsible for the return.
In case of repayment, money will be refunded automatically within 2-4 business days from the date of retransmission, or you will be contacted by mail.
On return, the return slip you received with your order will be filled in and sent in the return package.
As a customer, you are responsible for protecting items that are to be returned so they are new to when they return to us. The goods must not be used or dirty.
If you have pets, it is important that you protect the goods from fur.
Customer is responsible for returning the return so that it is not at risk of opening or damaging during the trip to us.
Odd Sailor AB does not take financial responsibility for a return that has not arrived at the return address. Customer is responsible for the package until the return is received.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods.
1.Switches with broken seals that can not be returned for health or hygiene reasons such as (swimwear or underwear).
2. Due to health or hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns with where the product is damaged by, for example, hair, dirt, makeup or perfume.
You have the right under the distance contract law to return ordered defective goods without giving any reason. Notification of this shall be given as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods. Age limit for purchase
The age limit for purchase is 18 years. If you are under 18, the order must be made in the guardians name by the guardian.
Damage to packages and unpacked packages
If you detect damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and make an injury report. Do not download a damaged package! If you do not detect the damage until you open the package and the damage is such that it can be attributed to the mail or shipping company's handling, you should contact them and make a claim. If any dispute with the mail or carrier can not be resolved, please contact us.
If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before returning to us (package about 1 month, letter 14 days), we will charge you 29 euro for our handling of the goods.
Also, please note that damage to the carton / bag of the product will make the product itself unusable and will prevent us from accepting a return. You as a customer are obliged to ensure that the product and its packaging are not damaged in transit back to us on return.
When returned, the product must be sent in packaging in the form of a bag, cardboard or similar packaging. You may not paste stamps, shipping labels or anything directly on the product's packaging.
In case of disputes that we fail to resolve, we recommend that you contact the General Complaints Board, www.arn.se or Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. We always follow their advice.
