A flexible kettle bell that is filled with water according to the desired weight. The kettle bell has long been a much-appreciated tool in training which, thanks to its design, is extremely versatile in its area of use.
It enables a wide range of movements: lifting, loading, throwing, balancing, pulling, rowing and pressing.
